Extremely RARE and in Excellent Condition is this old style Antique Griswold #0 Food - Meat Chopper by Griswold Manufacturing Company Erie, PA..
As you can see from the photographs, this piece has seen very little use by the Excellent Condition of the Tin Plating and the Original Wood Crank Handle, which is amazing for an item 100 years old. This chopper comes with one blade in it for chopping. Way back when, you just didn't run down to the corner grocery store to buy some hamburger or chopped nuts, you made your own. Many of my food choppers have been upgraded many times to come up with a chopper in this great condition and these small choppers are very hard to find in any condition, but to find a "0" chopper in this condition is VERY RARE.
This will make an excellent kitchen decorator piece, a great conversation piece and a Fantastic Center Piece to your cast iron or chopper collection. Circa: 1910
