Don, I received the Dutch Oven today - it is gorgeous! It looks like it's barely been used. Also my 1st Griswold. Thanks for a very good transaction - I bought this Dutch Oven to cook with, but it will be used gently.

I just wanted to get in touch and let you know how much I absolutely love my chicken fryer I bought from you a couple of months ago. I use my pan for just about everything from rice dishes to sautes to fried chicken and tomorrow Im going to bake a pineapple upside down cake in it for Easter. Its a wonderful pan and I love the basting lid which is super! It also makes great cornbread. I could not be more pleased with my pan and am so grateful to have finally found it, I have been looking for this skillet for about ten years now so this is really a dream come true. Also just to let you know that my husband loves the scope that he bought from you too...

Got it, it's perfect.
I have 3 more of these skillets and this one by far is the nicest. Do you know how it was polished? I have polished the inside of the other three I have but not near as well as this one is done.
I can't seem to find the proper tool for getting into the side to bottom curve.

Today I received the #7 Lodge chicken fryer and #7 skillet cover. I have very pleased with it. Thank you for the professional bombproof type packaging. You know how to package cast iron.

I’m not sure if you recall the last piece I bought the #9 with lid (item 1102), the cooking surface was described as "mirror like" and my god you weren't kidding, its slippier than whales snot.. the interior is simply superb.. As a serious home cook that is paramount to me.My collection is constantly put to use! I really appreciate your help Don, Im probably looking at 2 pieces this time.! Best regards T
Hello Don, I would like you to know that I'm very happy with the (Wagner #14) skillet. It is exactly what I wanted. I'd also like you to know that I wanted a huge old skillet that had evolved into perfection through years of use. I've already cooked in it, and I'm completely happy. I have a smaller iron skillet that belonged to my grandmother that I like just as well. I'm 58 and love to cook. I will be using the big skillet in October when I participate in a chili cookoff sponsored in Libby by our local museum. I'll be using a huge Lodge dutch oven as well. Both of these things will help bring special flavor to my "American A-Bomb Chili" and smiles to lots of faces!
