You just never see a set like this in the original box, to have the original box is so RARE, the Wagner and Griswold Red Book shows the Box Alone worth $150.00 and the book is 10 years old. The box is in used condition, as you can see from the photos, which is to be expected for a toy set 87 years old What is not expected though, is for the toys to be virtually unused. The only exception is that you can see that water was put in the tea kettle, maybe once. All other toys show no sign of ever being used. Circa: 1924
